Practice this Week
We have practice Monday - Thursday this week. We do not have practice on Friday.
As it is darker before and after practice, we do ask parents to come into the building to pick up their athletes. This is for your athlete's safety.
DL - RECAP
Awesome job to the Red Dragons who travelled to DL on Saturday! We had many new times achieved and some great relay swims!!! Way to go, Red Dragons!
FMY MEET - RECAP
Fantastic job to the Red Dragons who swam at the FMY meet today! We had MANY time drops, new time standards achieved! Way to go, Red Dragons!!!
WFF MEET - This Weekend
Pool deck will open at 7:45 a.m. for athletes. Upper-deck seating will open at 7:45 a.m. for spectators. Warmups will begin at 8:00 a.m. Competition to begin at 9:10 a.m. Arrive by 7:45AM. AM Session is 10 and Unders. PM Session is 11 and over. 11 and Over session arrival will be sent out later this week.

CHAMPIONSHIP MEET QUESTIONS
Championship season is here! So what are the championship meets?
-MBC - Slower than an MN Silver time in the event
-MRC - MN Silver time or faster, but slower than an MN CH time in the event
-State (10 & Under, Senior, 11-14 State) - MN CH time
What if my athlete qualifies for an event after a meet, and the deadline passed?
-Email or Text Coach Jess ASAP to get the event added to the meet so they can swim it at a championship meet!
Can we use our high school athletes' times from high school season?
-Of course! You will need to provide Coach Jess a Time Report from their high school coach that lists the date, meet name, and time they swam.
MBC MEET
MBC information is posted! This meet is for athletes who have a slower than a MN Silver time. You can go to the event and see what events they qualify to swim. Below is the event list for this meet. We will be in Becker for the meet at Becker High School.

Seniors! Please take time to fill out the Google form for your senior spotlight recognition on social media!
MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep-cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
