Practice this Week
We have practice Monday - Friday this week. Friday practice is at Moorhead High. Please do not arrive earlier than 7:45PM on Friday. Gold will have a meeting at 7PM on Tuesday.
As it is darker before and after practice, we do ask parents to come into the building to pick up their athletes. This is for your athlete's safety. 
 
HOME MEET - RECAP
FANTASTIC JOB RED DRAGONS! We had FANTASTIC swims with new best times this weekend and there were many smiles! We had many new time standards acheived as well!!! Also, a HUGE THANK YOU to all the parents and friends who volunteered for our meet. We could NOT have done it without you! Way to go Red Dragons!!!

DL MEET - Saturday
Warm-ups will begin at 11 AM. The meet beginning at 12:15 PM. Please arrive by 10:45AM. If meet program and timeline are sent out before Friday, they will be emailed out.
Location: Detroit Lakes Community and Cultural Center, 826 Summit Ave Detroit Lakes, MN 56501
 
FMY MEET - Sunday
Warmups for session 1 will begin at 8:00am with the meet starting at 9:05am. Arrive by 7:45AM.  If meet program and timeline are sent out before Friday, they will be emailed out.

MBC MEET
I am waiting to receive information for our MBC Meet. This meet information comes from MNSI, so I unfortunately have no control over the information until it is sent to me. Once I receive this, I will send it out to you as soon as possible.
My understanding of this meet is for athletes who have times slower than a Silver time in events. Below is the event list for this meet. We will be in Becker for the meet at Becker High School.

MRC MEET - Hotel Block
Below is our hotel block for the MRC Meet. The hotel block will close on February 6th. Again, I  am waiting to receive information for our MBC Meet. This meet information comes from MNSI, so I unfortunately have no control over the information until it is sent to me. Once I receive this, I will send it out to you as soon as possible.

Seniors! Please take time to fill out the Google form for your senior spotlight recognition on social media! 
 
MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep-cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
 
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
